Rep Power: 0  | Introduction... Hi guys, I've spent a while reading through the forums and would like to thank you for such a wide array of information. I would also like to thank Jonpop personally as I find your posts very informative! As always, I would like to ask a couple of questions. I have read the site and have already started my PE, so I'm not totally new at this. My three questions are: 1. When jelqing, how hard should your grip be? The reason I ask is that when doing it too lightly, I don't feel that I'm getting a good pump through. When doing it hard, afterwards my hand aches! I'm sure there is a correct amount and wondered if anyone could enlighten me? 2. How important is warming up and down? I always take my time stretching (using Jonpop's 90 routine as my guide). I do feel that my penis is well conditioned (I've been doing PE on and off for a while) and I never ache or feel sore afterwards. Therefore, personally, I've never felt the requirement to put hot wraps on before or afterwards. Don't get me wrong, I don't go in cold, but I do spend a lot of time stretching slowing and warming up this way. However if this is incorrect, I 'm happy to be told so. 3. Finally, I've read a lot about masturbation after PE. Initially it was a big "no-no" but now I've read that it shouldn't affect progress. What's the current feeling on this? For those of you that take the time to respond to this, thank you. I know Rome wasn't built in a day and I'm looking forward to making progress over time. At the moment I'm pretty average in size and I really do want to make a difference to my life. I firmly believe PE works and appreciate the information and support this board and it's members offer. What was Jonpops's routine? I want a routine that will work. I am stuck on 6" and i cant grow anymore got any ideas? What works for you??

I know that you probably get a LOT of questions on here, most of which can be frustrating, so I really appreciate your advice. As with anything, everyone has to start somewhere and I'm one of these people who likes to get as many facts as possible before starting out. There's nothing worse than doing something badly when you could have started off properly in the first place!
I don't know where everyone is based on here geographically, but I'm from the UK. My next task is to find a suitable lub. You won't believe how hard it is to find a good lube that contains Vitamin E!!!

| For my everyday Jelqing, I use a lube by the brand name "Suave" with Vit E and aloe.
This is a water based hand lotion that is very easy to find everywhere here. You might do a search for that. And I'm sure J&J has many products in the UK, so you might find Babyoil gel.
Reet, feel free to ask as many questions as you would like. I never had anyone to ask when I was learing this stuff.
