Default girth advice

so in one aspect i probably should consider myself lucky. erect i am measuring just a little over 7 3/4". but im really lacking in the girth department. i guess with the good comes the bad. my girlfriend loved the length and the depth i can acheive but she is always joking around that she wished i was just a little bigger around.. i would like to make that happen for myself and for her and i know it takes alot of time and dedication. so at base im about 4.5" and midshaft around 4.25" i really feel "skinny" down there. i have been doing a lot of research and now have cleared up some free time and really want to work an a method to establish greater girth. any info would be helpful and greatly appreciated. thanks

Jelqing,clamping, o-bends, uli's, v jelq, Those are all girth oriented excercises. I suggest just jelqing and then slowly work into clamping.

How long have you been PE'ing and what is your current routine? Also what amount of time do you have to devote to the cause?

hairtrigger, ive been at it for about 4 and a half months and just basically sticking to the newbie routine. and id say i have about an hour to an hour and a half of "me" time that i free'd up recently.

I would say Uli's and Squeezes are your best bet. But be careful ease into them gently.

Speaking of girth, I was reading the thread over at thunders place about the Orange Bends. What do you pro's think about the Orange bends, anyone who's used them in their routine?

You are still fairly new to this so I would recommend that you adjust your jelq style. I would also recommend to stay away from the advanced techniques because the risk of injury outways the benifits at this point. I say this because most people think they can handle more than they actually can and end up doing too much too soon.

Try to jelq just above a 50% erection level, the way I determine this EL is I can fold my unit in half. Use a good quality lube that works for you. Jelq with strokes that last between 8-10 seconds. I use a clock that ticks loudly to keep my rhythm. Use just enough grip to keep a constant smooth motion. And the most important part of the whole thing, warmup. To have a successful girth program you will need tons of heat in your unit, standing in the shower just won't cut it. It is fine for a pre-warmup but you will need more to truly benefit from any routine. I recently started warming two additional times during my jelq session. Take a look at my current routine to get a good idea of what I mean.
