Hey guys im wanna start pe'ing asap. I have come up with a routine I would like to try though. Overtime, I only really want gain about an inch in length, half an inch in girth, and an inch in flaccid length. So here's the routine i came up with guys.
Routine
5 minute warm up
5 minutes of stretching (i wanna do sets of thirty seconds and do two sets for each direction i do them in. BUT, should i just do the stretching in just one direction?)
70 wet jelqs.
I also wanna do kegel holds but how long/much should i do them for and how much will they help me and HOW?
Lastly guys, I just want some last minute verification. Now obviously these excersises eventually result in gains but what results do each excersise hold? Like what do stretches do speifically along with jelqing, kegels, etc?
Do you guys think this is a good routine? How long do you think it will take me to see any gains and eventually reach my ultimate goal as stated above? Thanks guys and just try to answer as many of these silly questions as possible. Sorry for being such a newbie. Thanks again

Erect: 6.25 in length and about 4.75 in girth
