I believe the key to the greatest possible EQ will be found in the ability to balance the exercises in your routine. If you stretch, Kegel, or Jelq too much your EQ will be the first suffer. If you have a 10 EQ your probably not gaining in length or girth because you are most likely undertraining. I would suppose if you are gaining your EQ will drop behind just a little because it will be in a catch up mode.
So, I will add having a balanced routine that will not overtrain your unit will maximize your wood capability. Probably something based on a once a week maintenance routine. |
