Remek,

I have worked hard to increase my size ELxEG. I just want to say to any Newbie that is wondering if this kind of routine works, I can say ( YES IT DOES) it take time and patients and a good mind to let it happen.

Dust,

You are absolutely right. PE is like exercise, it takes time to make the change happen.

Anyone who thinks exercise is easy has something coming to them. Exercise = work. Exercise = self improvment. Exercise = change. And change doesn't happen easily. Whether you are exercising your head (i.e. school), or your biceps (i.e. gym), you have to work hard to make that change.

A guy by the name Endow advocates the saying:
No dedication + No discipline = No gains. In a way, I think he is right. Pick a goal, pick a plan, and stick to it. From there, the gains will come.

Remek, dustpan,

PE is exercise. The principles are still the same. Follow the rules, and as remek says pick a goal and a plan, then the gains will surely follow.

New guys, trust us, this stuff works, you just have to put the effort into it. It is like everything else.

Wink

Times,

In January of 2005 I had read somethings about Jelqing and manual stretching but I never got into doing anything about it. After six months I heard about Thunder's Place, so I joined in July and started to do some of the Jelqing and stretching for the period of three months. After the Newbie period I started to build a hanger, and in a 5 month period I started to see some good gains in EL and EG sizes.

In July my BPEL was 5.250" and EG was 4.00" and I kept a monthly chart of my gains up until March 1,2006. I am happy to say my gains are NBPEL is 7.00" and EG is 5.750", BPEL is 7.625". Right now I took a month off to decondition, I'll start back up in April with more PEing.

Thumbs up

Timez,

While I was in the Newbie schedule that I set up, I did get half of my gains in BPEL x EG. The rest of the gains were from Hanging, starting with 10 lbs up to 25 lbs

I leave the hanger on while I go through my stretches, this is where I use the rope that is attached to a hook on the door. I stretch SO, then go 90 degrees right then 90 degrees left, then I step over the rope and stretch BTC. All this takes me about 10 minutes, then I take the hanger off and then I do 5 minutes of wet Jelqing.

Then I cool down with cold cloths for 10 minutes. This is about the routine that I have for 5 days on and 2 days off, the days I have on are mixed up durring the week.
hey dust how many jelq's do you think you do with this routine ? how long did it take to work your way up in weight ? i like the way your hanger looks could you post some instruction's and product pic's of your hanger i really want to try a different hanger.

what what what? this is the first i've heard of this opposite philosophy, is there anything else you can say about it? i want to know anything i can about PE.
