Welcome to the PE Gym. Allow me to offer a little more insight, because what you say is true: many sites actually recommend warming down. I don't unless extreme side effects are prevalent (i.e discoloration).
A warm up is presumably good because it increases blood flow, increases elasticity, and provides good health in the penis. This is good pre-work out. Prior to PE, you want a nice, elastic penis so you can easily stretch the tissues within the penis. However, it is my belief, along with some other PE theorists, that post workout you don't want an elastic penis.
Elasticity, by nature, causes an object (in this case your penis) to go back to it's previous size. After a workout, you want to keep that nice, plumped size that you acquired... and this usually dissipates (for me and many others, at least) after a post-warm up.
Instead I just recommend splashing some cold water on the penis for a few seconds, which will sort of help 'cement' the new size. Don't use too much cold water though, or you'll provide the opposite effect (a shriveled up penis)
Hope this helps.

Discoloration can be a problem for some PEers, though. And heat often takes care of this unwanted side effect. So, in some instances such as this one, it would make since to heat after a workout (so long as gains are coming in). |

Rep Power: 0 | Ahem, to get back on topic of this apperently very old, re-surrected post. I intend to PE until I have a weapon of mass destruction (until the end of time) . . . or should I say weapon of ass destruction (which is also a porno movie apperently) |

Rep Power: 0 | After being convinced that PE worked, I knew I wouldnt be stopped until I gain 2 inches length and 1 girth. If this takes over a year, bring it on! |

Rep Power: 0 | I thought that maybe a year would do it to get to my goal of 8" by 6".
Seems I wasn't quite right on. Been at it for over 3 1/2 years but haven't hit my goal. In fact my girth seems to be the ruling factor.
Maybe this year I will get to my goal.
