Default Inverted-V Stretch Clarification

Hey everyone.

I've been doing a mixed routine lately in hopes of getting ANY gains to come my way. If I'm not clamping, I usually stretch in the mornings after my shower and dry jelq in the evenings.

I just got a cold (or the flu...who knows) so I'm taking a couple of days off. I think I need some rest or decon days anyway - it's been at least a couple of weeks since I've taken any.

Anyway, when I stretch, I usually do about 10-15 mins worth and mix it up between the Dual Stretch, Upward Stretching and Inverted-V Stretch.

I especially like doing the Inverted-V Stretches after I do the Dual (or Double) Stretch. I find that it really loosens up and stretches my tunica like it's supposed to.

Here's my question: Why I do the Inverted-V Stretch, I usually just use my hand - I don't use any bars or tubes to wrap my dick over. I usually use an index finger to hook my penis at mid-shaft and pull it up, while my other hand uses an overhand OK grip 0.5" below my head and pulls down.

Should the majority of the pressure be focused on the finger pulling up, or my grip pulling down? What will allow me to get the most out of the stretch?

Hey quick. I hope you get better soon.

I'm going to take a stab at your question. First, I beleive you are asking where should you focus the most pressure.

I say both places. As you know, I am a big advocator of moving up in intensity as time goes on. Keeping that in mind, I would gradually move up in pressure (in both spots, equally), as you gain.

That said, you definitely want to have a pull at the fulcrum. If you just slightly pull, then the pressure won't be as beneficial as you want it to be. So, pull up with a tense force, also stretch downward with your average grip.

You say that you really like these stretches. How much pressure are you using?

Rate it: 1 being almost no intensity (0 being absolutely none), and 10 being as hard as you can pull.

My right index finger (which pulls upwards) has an intensity level at about 8 or 9.
My left hand grip pulls down with an intensity level of about 7.

But, I really feel I'm getting the most out of the Inverted V Stretches when I perform them AFTER the Dual/Double Stretch.

I usually save my upward stretching for after these two stretches. My penis is so exhausted after these two stretches that I don't have to worry about getting an erection when I stretch upward. Plus, it's really stretched out so I can get a better grip on my shaft. I try to grip a good inch or so below the bottom of my glans - I can really feel the stretch throughout my entire shaft, but especially at the bottom.

Quick,

That sounds like a good intensity level for you. It gives you room to move up in intensity when needed.

I'm glad to see you are getting a good workout with the double stretch, and the other two. It is definitely a great combo.

How have the gains been? Have you measured at all lately?

I haven't measured in a while. I was planning to do it at the end of May, but I guess I'll do it at the end of April for shits-n-giggles.

Quik,

Whatever floats your boat! I'm just wondering if the new routine has had a good effect on you. I know you said you were experiencing really good temp gains.
