I have a few times. Just try to keep your hands and penis clean. If you get them and you use oils in that area you might want an alternative too.

There is no such thing as penis pimples. What you most likely have are fordyce spots, which are simply large oil producing glands or maybe you have pearly penile papules which is the same thing only on the head of the penis. Both are perfectly normal and totally untreatable because there is nothing wrong with you. They may change in number/size through out your life, but generally if you have them you have them for life.

you can get pimples anywhere on your body. with the exeption of your lips eyes and glans. if you have genital pimples try not to pop them! they only spread if you do. like regular pimples i suppose. perfectly normal, if just a bit irritating. also just try to keep clean. i wonder what lubricant you use for jelqing??

If all you have is a blocked pore or an ingrown hair then just leave it alone and stay clean. However if what you have is fordyce spots or PPP then it doesn't matter if you clean yourself all day everyday and use all the products in the world or go to a dermatologist and get laser treatments or surgery or what ever you can think of because they will never leave. Its like asking your doctor to cure your blue eyes.

I don't like the term pimple because its ambiguous, pimple can refer to anything that looks like a bump. You can NOT get ACNE on your penis. Go to any medical doctor anywhere, any dermatologist and ask that question. They will tell you the same thing.

It starts off as a little bump. Then it swells up bigger like a regular pimple would. It's red like a regular pimple. It hurts to touch like a lot of pimples. It isn't exactly "small", it's not painless, so I know it's not Fordyce's spots. I know it's not PPP, I've googled pictures and it's not that. I'm quite convinced that it is a pimple. Oh, and I only grow hair at the base of the shaft. I highly doubt it's an ingrown hair, since I don't have any hairs that grow midshaft.

Android, what I've heard is the same as brek, that you can get "pimples" basically anywhere on your body. Mostly I only ever get them on my face or back, but I have had them, although rarely, on my legs and only a couple of times on my penis. Acne is quite a general term, the pimples I am referring to and ones the same as you can commonly get on the face (red spots with white head). Looks like a pimple, acts like a pimple, don't know why wouldn't be one? I did a bit of googling and haven't yet found any information which suggested you can't get acne/pimples on the penis.

I have some very effective home remedies for pimples...they are...

*Regularly applying the pulp of ripe tomatoes on the face for about an hour or so helps in the effective treatment of Pimples. Cucumber pulp can also be used in the same way with the same results.
