Has anyone tried this on any sort of regular basis and actually had any noticable, long term, gains in mass, volume or dangle? I full package pump regularly and though I have had good gains in bulk of my scrotum I'm curious if saline is another possible process of even bigger gains. I've researched around a little and found that the saline does, for the most part, the same thing as pumping (forcing said area to fill with fluid) but I'm just curious if anyones made any real lasting gains towards the ever elusive "bull balls" by doing this as part of (or as a stand alone) routine.
