I have read that penis with a small head is really bad. Just wanted to know, is that true?

Define bad. Define "really bad."

I guess it is desireable to have a head in proportion to the shaft.

It's bad because it doesn't create enough pressure in vagina but a penis with a big head gives woman feeling of fullness, or something like that.
