A gay friend of mine said before he has put a considerable portion of his forearm (fisting) up another guys back side, also said it is not a straight path though kind of have to go to the side and such. Sounded completely awful to me. Judging by what he said it is probably more than you have to worry about with any penis, but I have no definite answer.
