i forgot what it was like to have teeth again but I have to wear 24/7 retainers (removable, so I can take them out for eating/drinking and brushing teeth) for at least 3-6 months before I go to overnight retainers so still not fully over yet
First thing I thought was 'how can I kiss a girl in these', sure I can take them off but it isn't very romantic to say 'I'm going to kiss you, just wait while I take my retainers out' lol but then again with my trends and things I probably don't have to worry about that

FG: 3.5"
SFL: 5.5"
NBEL: 6.5" (with foreskin not pulled back)
BPEL: 7.3"
BEG: 5.125"
MEG: 5.51"
HEG: 4.5" (around corona) about 4.25" if middle of head.

I had my braces removed 55 years ago. Unfortunately, in those early days the wires were big and they used too much tension (no retainers) on the teeth such that the teeth were moved too quickly so the bone did not repair/regenerate properly to fill in the space left behind the repositioned teeth. Twentfive years latter some of the teeth loosened and had to be pulled. You can thank us pioneers for the new and improved orthodonture techniques.

make sure to wear that retainer and follow your orthodontist's orders, or else all the time with braces would be wasted... trust me I've seen it a lot.

Yep. although these retainers are more annoying than braces but i'll only be wearing them 24/7 for 3-6 months compared to the almost 2.5 years I wore braces.
