haha Yeah sorry skyfalcon that doesn't make much sense does it lol

It definately was the interview I read. Its a good read. I like the way DLD gets up and the first thing he does is his tunica stretch. I think If I trained like him Id overtrain, but yes I can now say it is definately an inspriational read! The bib interview is good too!

Yeap, that's exactly how I felt! Characters like that (The big PE names) really remind me of the Arnold Schwarzenegger's and Franco Columbo's of the bodybuilding world! I always thought DLD approached PE in a similar way to Arnold with weights; Hardcore, and high volume!

My own personal take is that, like in the bodybuilding world, Arnold had great genetics, emulating his ways usually spelt disaster for the average Joe genetics! (Im not even going into the use of drugs, just plain and simple natural genetic capability). I feel there may be some similarities between this and the PE world. All I know is whenever I've tried to do more PE, more intensely and rest less I don't seem to respond positively. I think its important to learn your own body and train smart! There is also conditioning to consider. DLD is a very nice guy though and helped me quite abit at MoS, I guess its just maybe there is no one standard approach that will work for everyone, perhaps we all need to tailor our methods to suit our own unit and body. This is where I am finding PI's so useful! Im sure the less is more approach will work better for some than more hardcore approaches, especially in the beginning!

But yes, even purely for its inspirational value it's a great read!

I totally get what you mean, I'm so pissed off, cause now I got finals, so i don't have time to PE, next my family and I are gonna be DRIVING to California, so no PE, then when we're there, being a lil arab, there wont be a moment of piece, so no PE, and after, my Grandma on the other side of the family is gonna be coming and chillin with my family, so then there will never be a moment of just pure solitude in this house....WHAT TO DO!!??!

Hmm yeah that sounds like it could get in the way of your PE. One thought; maybe you could experiment with the jai stretch? I'm not 100% sure but I don't think its as important to warm up (I think some times they are called piss pulls?! and people do them after they urinate). You just stretch out very light for 2 seconds and then 2 seconds break, you don't have to do many of them apparently. Have you ever heard or performed them? I do just 25 of them during my workout. It seems that afew reps of this easy exercise could at least keep you ticking over with a minimum of time and effort. Or maybe you could use this time as a de conditioning break? Best double check with a moderator if you need to warm up before the Jai stretch though, I wouldn't want you to get injured!

See the problem is, what is there to decondition? I've only worked out a week, now I stopped this week cause of finals...
