Need Help!!

Hey guys,
Im only new here, but I have been browsing this website for sometime, mainly for the premature ejaculation stuff.
I am posting today because of a problem ive seen develop with my penis lately. It has always had a slight bend to the left but as of late I've noticed a small indent on the left side, and what appears to be another on the right side. They are characterized by two lumps on either side which wrap around the sides of my penis. The 'indent' seems to be forming between them. Sometimes I feel slight pain on either side, and it appears as though these lumps are a little harder. I have a slight feeling this could be Peyronie's disease, but I am only 19 and have read such a disease develops with much older men? Ive been to the doctor but he gave it a slight look and said i'm fine as long as it doesn't bend 30 degrees, although i am not convinced - perhaps I have it in early stages. i have attached a photo of my penis which depicts the problem quite well - I am semi-flacid in it. Please help I'm really worried about this and need some advice!
