About LinkBacksSo - I'm on vacation and just got these swim briefs...like boxer shorts, but for swimming. The problem? You can totally see EVERYTHING, practically the veins even. I don't mind the bulge but I'd like to leave SOMETHING to the imagination. Plus with shrinkage...you know how it goes. :/ Do you guys wear jock straps or anything? Underwear?

Um I think wearing something underneath would draw the same amount of attention. Sucks but you might want to consider purchasing a different pair.

Wear those under something? I wear compression shorts under board shorts, to keep from chaffing...

I wear board shorts when i swim and thats it. Nothing underneath.

They have boxer briefs that are made for athletes. Champion makes them. That would work for you.

A lot of loose-fitting boxer-style swim trunks come with an integrated nylon mesh underbrief, try one of those. Check out brands like Quicksilver, Billabong or OP.

I'll stick to my speedo's. I'm a long distance swimmer and I tried a pair of those baggy "board trunks" or whatever the hell you call them. They ended up sliding down my bulging belly and hanging just above my privates. Thank God I grabbed them in time. It was back to the speedos for me. I lost half of the belly, so I don't look half bad in them. At least I THINK I don't look half bad in them.
Of course you can see everything and I don't shrink in the pool--or at least very little. Hells bells! I have just as big a bulge in my levi's. What's the point of trying to hide what Mother Nature gave me??
