    hey guys, just wanted to ask a question to anyone who knows bout grass. I'm not a regular smoker probably been high round 30/40 times in my life. I smoked some last Tuesday, it was a small amount i wasn't even that stoned. However i woke up the next day and my head didn't feel right, i felt slightly anxious. I still kinda feel like this. I'm kind of concerned thought, I'm not sure if I might just over worrying about it. Lol i don't want to go on any kind of anti depressions or anything, i just want this feeling to away

    I used to smoke a lot of the stuff, its common to be a bit cloudy the next day as bigO said. you will be fine but from your post I'd recommend staying away from marijuana, it can make you anxious and paranoid and you sound naturally a bit edgy. it will make you worse.

    thank guys for the advice, think I'm going to lay off the stuff, it doesn't really suits my personality. should i worry this cloudy affect lasted around 4/5 days?

    no, it stays in your system for a while, for a casual user its a long time but not really worth worrying about. get some good sleep, eat well and your head will clear up. good idea to stay away from it. its a fun thing to do, but I learned that it makes it ok to lay around doing nothing. couch lock. I haven't smoked for months and feel so much better, so much more energy and motivation.

    Yea, I smoke almost every day. Not a lot... a gram can last me over a month. But what you're describing is natural. BigO is right on the money. Next time you feel anxiety or paranoia, take a deep breath and say "it's because of the weed."

    Cosign this. If you are smoking green, make sure it is because its something YOU want to do, not just because friends are doing it or whatever. Sit back and ask yourself if you really enjoy it, and if you do then smoke on. I smoked for years but ended up quitting because it started to cause me anxiety. Also anyone who smokes should check out the documentary, "The Union."

    For lots of folks pot smoking can induce a feeling of paranoia. That's one reason I gave it up years ago.

    I smoke about 3 times a week. Manley after a hard day of work and i just want to wind down and chill out.

    Well theres 2 kinds of weed, sativa's and indica's. Sativias are more of a head high that give you that euphoric feeling. Indicas give you a body high, the feeling of just sitting and chilling out. There is hybrid weed thats both sativia and indica, they give you both feelings.

    In my experience people get too paranoid when they smoke too much too fast, it kind of hits them all at once and they dont know whats going on. If you dont smoke that often then you should start out with only a little bit and see how you feel, then build up.
