Default Having a hard time finding time to PE

with a full load at school, work, and other obligations at home it seems like my free time is an endangered species! and i've tried to PE in the shower, just cant do it....and i dunno what to do! i really wanna PE, just dont have the time or when i do have the time i dont have the privacy to....what to do!?!

Goal:

Right now:

Stealth PE under the covers.

Tunica tugs and stretches are good undercover PE exercises. Warm blankets help with the warm up process. You can also do bed fowfers.

JP's Tunaca Tugs:

Take the index and middle fingers and make a ^ pointing down.
Press these against the pubic bone at the base of the shaft and squeeze.
With your other hand, grasp the shaft just behind the glans and as you stretch out, press hard with the ^ back into the pubic bone. Stretch out as hard as you can while pressing back as hard as you can. Squeeze the ^ tight and hold the stretch. Don't release the ^ even if you have to release at the glans. Just re-grip at the glans and stretch again. Hold this stretch as long as you can. You are not stretching the ligs with this exercise, just the tunica. This is a great exercise for Girth.

Bed Fowfers
Lay on you side.
Put your flaccid penis between your legs.
Shuv a pillow up a against your ding dong to keep it in place.
Now and then switch to the other side.

Try to do these in 20 minute segments like adds or hanging.

When your done you may be turtled up a bit, this is actually a good sign. Just shake your wong dong out and you can see your handi work.

I use bed fowfers for warm ups and warm downs, it heats your grissle rather nicely. And you get a good stretch in at the same time if you stretch your wang out and put it between your legs it will stay stretched out for the duration of the exercise.

Also you can do your kegeling at this time as well, you may get partially erect. This is called blood fowfers.

Shower is the best bro trust me .... ive been doin it for 2 days now one day on one day off and it has been great ... and u can do the warm up and warm down rite there and it helps with wet jelq 2 ... give it a shot only takes about 20 minutes max

Fowfers and bed fowfers have been know to increase flaccid and erect length. Also if you can stand to take longer showers, shower PE is a great way to do PE.

Don't forget about the piss pulls either--great for each time you take a leak. And kegel anywhere, anytime, to your heart's content. Work those kegels up to one minute holds. They'll remind you of what a great activity P.E. is.
