Hey guys Just wondering if you would share your thoughts around girth exercises, which ones works best for you!? Have you had big gains girth wise, or not so much gains?! What are your goals, have u experienced leght increase by only doing "girth" exercises?!

This thread is all albout girth, please come up with anything. Maybe even some good stories?! = D

girth is pretty hard to add on, but the effort is worth it.

If you're a newbie please make sure you complete the 90-day beginner routine. You need to condition your penis before you move on to any advanced exercises.

Proper jelqing is the best and safest girth exercise

If you have been at this for at least 3 months, try doing some flaccid bends. You can also try Ulis or Compressors but please be careful. I've been at this for over 2 years and I just tossed the Uli and Compressor because I was getting some horrible EQ since implementing them.

would the flaccid bends be without any erections or arousal what so ever?!

In what way can the Uli exercise be bad? If you hold it for too long at a time?!

Encouraging many erections throughout the day and night is as simple and productive a girth gainer as is available in my oppinion. You can do it anywhere and add squeezes (minor) while its up.

Not necessarily for everybody; some people seem to gain girth more easily, while others seem to struggle. I've gained about 3/16 to 4/16 in girth, but with a pretty light routine (trying to take it slow, to squeeze out as much as I can for my work), so I'm happy with my gains.
