Angry Mr turtle loves the gym

Hi everyone ,

after a pe workout my penis hangs well but then as soon as i do a cool down my dick turtles like mad and takes ages to come back to normal ,

and then when it does come back to normal i hit the gym and do my weights workout then my cardio and this makes my penis turtle back up.

Then i go for a swim which makes it turtle like crazy , by the time im in the shower ive got nothing more than a pathetic maggot , im sick of this happening but mr turtle has always loved the gym even before i started pe.

My point bieng is that on workout days or on any day your not supposed to let the old chap turtle , but how can i do this , i cant avoid the gym , im fine by tea time , then i can stop it turtling but will i get good gains if it turtles all the time in the gym , does this happen to anyone else and how would i prevent it , i look forward to hearing from you guys , all the best.

I don't have much experience with PE, but I've been thru "turtling" problem. So here is a little from my experience:
1.When I was warming-down I was experiencing turtling.* **((I haven't changed my routine since I started))
2.So I tried to finish the workout without warming-down. This is working for me as my dick is plumped more time.*
3.Also i tried cooling-down. This to makes my dick stay plumped after exercising.* For 1-2 min under the coold shower. First you may experience shrinking but only for a few minutes. Plumpness will reappear.
Any way this was my case, but your workout may be to intense and the way you are finishing the PE may have nothing to do with.
Also it may be to much stress from PE, sex and/or masturbation, daily routine(work, fitness, problems), diet, e.t.c. All together may result in a stress that sometimes manifest even on your penis.
You need to discover were is the problem, which of daily thing/s in your life is exerting to much stress.

its not because my routine is to intense because its plump after excercise and im only doing a basic routine , if i dont do a cooldown it will stay plump but i want to use the cool down to cement gains and to promote healing , its the gym where i lift and do cardio that causes the main shrinkage , no matter how light i go , it happens really bad after cardio and swimming.

There's nothing set in stone about PE, if a cool down does not work for you don't worry about it. Simply do not use it.

Listen up, dazz: Forget about traditional "cool downs"; do some edging after your routine (at least 20mins), then wipe off the lube and let your tool calm down on its own.

About turtling after workouts, this is by all means what's supposed to happen; if you didn't turtle after workouts (both in and out of the pool) then you'd be a freak of nature. I'm a gym-rat and swimmer myself so I know what you're dealing with. It's all good, buddy; don't worry about it. Just forget about your post-PE cooldowns and do some edging instead...you'll be glad you did.

I never have this problem at the gym. The heat from sweating actually makes my flaccid hang nicer after a workout.

Then again, I'm weird...
