Thought this would be fun to see what people are doing right now with their routines. Post your current routine, the frequency of your routine, your starting and current stats, and the date when you started Good motivation for our beginners to see some gain stats all in one place. ME: 15-min warmup 10-min stretching 10-min V-jelqing 1 on, 1 off (I've had to cut back recently because of penis fatigue) Start: BPEL 5.85" x EG 4.25" (Dec, 2006) Now: BPEL 8.10" x EG 5.80"

PEsuccessGuy, I'm sorry to hear your penis is fatigued. Did you try taking one week off from any PE activity? I know that really helped me. I gained while I took a break. I'm having some reluctant feelings about jelqing. I'm thinking of removing it completely from my routine... Here is what my routine looks like: -Warm up with electric cushion -2 sets of 5 way basic stretch + 30 kegels per position (to determine LOT) and rotating stretches between sets -20 JAI stretches -An exercise that I came up with: Advanced Assisted Flaccid Bend (I'll post pictures and a ''how-to'' thread as soon as my gf comes over with her camera since I don't have one) -Orange Bends (as explained in Keido's log) this is really good for girth, this is the new focus of my PE workouts, not jelqing) -50 erect jelqs, 12 second strokes (reluctant here...partial erect jelqs don't work too well for me, I don't like jelqing...) -warm down 5 days on/2 days off In a few weeks from now, I'm going to add the Uli and Compressor because I gained a bit with them. I'm gonna stick to the routine mentioned up top to see if I can get some girth gains...If not, I'll go to Uli/compressor. Although I am not too sure if I should warm down or cool down, I will switch to warming down now. The problem with a cool down is that it makes me turtle like hell because of the cold. I really don't like that feeling, so I'm just gonna warm down and have a nice flaccid plump post workout. PE is a very difficult ''sport''. It requires a lot of knowledge. It feels like lately I cant get a full erection (even if I took 1 week off!). My 7 inch is now like 6.5 since I cant get it very hard. Although I relate that to a lack of sexual stimulation (I dont get very hard when I'm alone, I need my girlfriend with me). So I don't know, I'm kinda upset about my penis lately but we'll see what happens with this routine. I can't give up!

PEsuccessGuy, I am basing my routine off of one that you posted in the thread on your signature. This is copied from my entry in my progress log: I was inspired by the postings of PEsuccessGuy and plan on starting over after 3 years, undertaking a plan very similar to the one he outlined in the motivational post for frustrated beginners. Here it is: --10 minutes basic warm-up --Basic stretching (left, right, up, down, circles). I'll start by holding each stretch for 30 seconds and do 3 "rounds" of each direction. --10 minutes of basic wet jelqs. Each rep will be 5 seconds at no more than 70% wood. Still not sure if I should use overhanded (palm down grip) or grip with the "ok" palm up grip. --moderate amount of kegals --2 days on 1 day off |

![]() | Hahaha, Only in a PE-forum can one man say such a sentence to another man without annyone reacting ![]() My routine: I'm going for girth this time, as it seems I grow in length whatever I do 1 on, 1 off. 10 min slow dry jelqs + ulis, advancing with 2 minutes every two weeks for two months, then two months rest. Also I'm using a cockring between sessions to avoid turtling.

Currently im doing 4 fingered squeezes and 8 fingered squeezes. been doing so for about a month and they feel great. 4 fingered squeezes are done flaccid after a good bed fowfer warm up. you wrap 4 fingeres around your ding dong and squeeze gently this also includes the glans. 8 fingered squeezes are done between 50-70% erect and and you use both hands wraping as many fingers around your shlong as you can. When jelqing you move the blood bulge toward the glans. With fingered squeezes you move the blood bulge back and forth especially with the 8 fingered squeezes. 8 fingered squeezes: Place all four fingers around the top of your semis erect penis (including the glans) squeeze GENTLY this pushes a blood bulge down the shaft. With the other hand at the base of the fingers you wrap the other 4 fingers around the base of your shaft squeeze pushing the blood bulge back up toward the glans. You do this back and forth it feels good and trippy i do about 200-400 of these squeezes. I do squeezes 3-4 days per week and when edging I do erect kegel jelqs about 30-100 of them.

Urrgg well my routine is good, but it's my timings thats the problem. Basically I stealth PE as I want to make some gains to prove that this stuff works before telling my lady. I know she'll think that it's all a load of rubbish until I can prove it works and once I do, I'm sure she'll be supportive. Anyway, my routine is similar to the one PESG posted back in one of his other threads. I do the following: - 15 minute warm up with a rice sock. - 4 way flaccid bends at 10 second holds (sometimes I do this twice if I'm feeling limber enough). - 5 way stretches whilst doing 80 fast kegels (probably equates to about 45 seconds or so). - 20 helicopter shakes (mainly to get the blood flowing) - 10 minutes of wet jelqs (5 second strokes, leaving one hand behind the glans after completing a stroke and moving it off when I reach 3 seconds of the next stoke). I do this between 20-40% erect. - 4 minutes of V jelqs (slow 5 second strokes). - Cool down with cold cloth whilst pulling a light stretch. I've been doing this for 2 weeks now and my PI's have been good. Like I say, I do stealth PE so will do this when I can (normally when my woman is out at the gym). However I've had a bit of time to myself recently, so I worked out Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. My dick felt very slightly fatigued yesterday so I rested it for a day and this morning (Wednesday) I woke up with a raging boner ![]() I'll aim to do 2 days on 1 day off, but I think sometimes when I mix it up a bit, it gives my dick a bit of a shock. Anyway like I say, my PI's seem good and I've not had any negative effects as yet. I feel more plump, I get hard wood nearly every morning and it does feel good. Please let me know though if you think I'm doing too much. I keep telling myself "less is more" but like I say, so far, it seems to be going well. Thanks

My routine: 2 on, 1 off. (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri). For everyday, the "core" of my routine is the same: 12 minute warm-up 30 second JAI stretch holds (one straight out, one to the left, one the right) 1 minute slow-stretch JAI 10 second rotation stretch (one to the right, one to the left) 9 minutes wet-jelq OK grip 5 minutes v-jelq 20 erect kegals Now this is where I change it up: Mondays - Ulis 3 x 30 seconds, JAI stretch 2 x 1 minute Tuesdays - Compressors 3 x 20-25 seconds, Flaccid Bends (or O-Bends) 3 x 15 seconds Thursdays - Compressors 4 x 15 seconds, JAI stretch 2 x 1 minute Friday - O-Bends (4-way) 15 seconds each way, JAI stretch 2 x 1 minute. Everday I cool down with a cold rag for 6 minutes. |
