Default Newbie question

I just started PE this week. I feel like i'm following the beginner routine to it's fullest extent, but i'm not sure if i'm doing it properly.

I dont feel any ache or discomfort that I would expect to feel after working out any other muscle.

Anyone have any advice on any indicators that would present if I was doing it properly?

I've never felt ache or discomfort from PE, personally. Some men have reported this, but I think it's unnecessary and an individual thing. Plenty of men have gained without feeling soreness, etc. from their PE routines. I think it's a bad idea to feel that you're not doing enough if you don't get that kind of ache, so don't worry about it.

You should see an improved EQ, better flaccid hang, the veins in your penis should start becoming more defined, signs like that are good things to look for.

Thanks for the advice.

I have noticed better flacid hang after the routines so I hope that is good indication.

I'm gonna keep this routine for a month or so and see how it goes.
