I love dogs, if i see a dog i am instantly happy!
The sound of kids in playgrounds having fun .. love that sound one of the happiest sounds around.
When i help old ladies empty their grocery carts.. grabbing that can at the bottom of the huge cart is hard for the elderly ...lifting heavy things is a challenge. the repetitive motion can be painful..so its a chore for them... i can barely reach the bottom of the trolly while keeping my feet on the ground so i do understand the challenge of the shopping trolly.

My kids make me smile (most days...lol). I love dogs, I love decent, good, respectful people, I love to see little baby's walking around laughing and having fun....(this applies to little, little kids too).

Quite a lot actually.
Being able to sit here on a weekend like this watching MotoGP and the 24 Heures du Mans.
Winning at something I set out to do.
Certain songs that are just awesome.
Making fun of fat people who can't even fit into the booths at restaurants.
Fixing stuff.
ANFO.
Though the thing that probably makes me smile the most is just that feeling you get when you just get into a corner on a race track (on a motorcycle) and the thing is just on rails.

Quite a few things actually.
I'm very happy when I talk to GOD. It is always one-sided conversation but it makes me feel complete and content.
When my parents say I'm the best son they could have ever asked for. (My mom thinks I'm so much better than my younger brother hehe)
When I'm watching MANCHESTER UNITED play. Go Red Devils!
When I'm around kids. I absolutely love it when they smile looking at me. I also love just watching them do their thing that's as innocent as can be. (I vividly remember this one kid who just came out of the blue and hugged me while I was in a queue and said "I miss you so much". I didn't know him and he probably mistook me for someone else)
The feeling right before bed when you've had a productive day.
A good edging session also makes me happy
Helping old people and just talking to them about random things so that they know someone can take a minute or two out for them.
I am very happy the moment I realize I have so much more than most people on this planet (and yet I run after a lot of things haha)
