Yes, just like you have to go pee. I always empty my bladder before, get your girl to do the same, lay a towel under her, let her know it's ok to let it go if she gets the urge. Yes, it's been more recently(only a couple years). I think it's more the fact that I'm much more comfortable with myself sexually and at an older age(in my prime, yeah most definitely!)

Don't know if you and your wife have/use any toys, but here's my favorite.

If you've got something like this to use, after you've worked her g spot(swelled), either you or her use the vibe on her.
