Default I need some advice PLEASE

I have posted a couple of questions on here and nobody has commented . I am really considering leaveing this site and staying happy with my size , I will post the questions one more time and if no one wants to comment the I give up and will move on.

question 1 in the videos on the P.E home page, they show penial slapping- what is the benifit of doing that excerise?
question 2 they also show the leg tuck pull this is to benifit how?
question 3 in the video Side Fowfer, they do not explain the proceedure or show the full effect of it again what is the benifit of doing this excerise?
question 4 some of the videos have some commentary on explaining how to do them properly and others do not why is this

If your new to pe you should focus on the beginging programs more.

Fowfers are designed to grow erect length length, bed fowfers for flaccid length and serves as an alturnative warmup.
Penis slaps serve as a way to increase circualtion to the penis, and is a good warm up exercise maybe i should do them to.
Any stretch of the penis under the leg or in the manner of leg tuck pull should only be done by men who have done the beginers program for at least three months. I take my fully erect penis and do erect fowfers however this is the most extreme pe exercise and has to be done with caution even by seasoned vets like myself.
What is Othary?

I think you should focus on the dry jelq video and the "V" jelq video.

Meh: You made one post yesterday. Most posts usually get responded to fairly quickly, but sometimes stuff slips by. We're not supermen. But if you're going to give up because your posts don't get answered, you're in trouble as PE is 90 percent "grit" (that is, sticking with it).

As for your questions, the penile slapping is a way to get blood flowing back into your penis after a stretching workout. You can kegel or gently slap the penis. It's also good for getting blood moving throughout the penis (great for warming up_.

The leg tuck pull is a form of stretching. It targets the ligaments, one of the key areas to target when doing PE.

The fowfer is great for keeping the penis extended, similar to an extender. Put your penis in this position for 20+ minutes, and it helps similar to how most standard stretches do. It also helps extend the flaccid penis.

I'm not sure I understand question 4. Can you reframe it?

Man...That's a defeatist attitude if I ever heard one. We,(the staff here) do have lives. We are just like you. We are a bunch of guys with a common goal trying to pass on knowledge that was hard gained. If you don't have anything to do except to wait for an immediate answer, then you are too impatient to have the commitment it takes to do PE.
All the answers to the questions you asked can be found using the search feature on this site.
Nobody is going to spoon feed you. Like remek said, sometimes a post falls through the cracks or the member reading it doesn't have an answer for you. We here try to be friendly and helpful, but a threat, like the one above will get you nowhere and just cause hard feelings.
