How Come Thunders Place Is Full?

Why is that forum full and not letting anyone sign up. I find this really weird...any members on there ever find out why or message a mod or anything? I really wanna sign up, thanks!!!

Perhaps because they already have one too many members. I think they're the 1st PE forum ever and from what I have seen and heard, their membership is already as numerous as China's population so perhaps it's a matter of necessary population control...just like in China.
