I honestly dont remember . Sometimes with crazy dreams like that I sense its a dream while I'm still in it and tell myself i'll wake up and it'll be over.

Most of us dream of our dicks being bigger, however yours was specific to "fatter" so you obvously crave girth.
The dream of grabbing it and it being girthier is the same, however I would say that since your mind subconciously is focusing on this that the reality of you hitting your goal is far more probable. Once your mind sees your unit as being that big it'll surely help with some extra attention to the repair and restructure of it.
