ok how long do you think you see results with inner penis gains and how much inner penis work should you do ?

1 minute is good for each rep, I do about 20x reps or so, but more is better to work up to eventually. Really I go as long as my grip will allow. I will always add another angle to the stretch (gradual method). And I believe that stretching at high angles (12:00) is most beneficial for me being tunica limited and 6:30 LOT. So I will stretch it with one hand for 15sec, then use the other hand to either:

V stretch (pushing down at different points on the shaft)
side angle push (right/left)
over the wrist (one of my most common)
inner penis 'trigger pulls' - this is the one held longest

Then immediately after stretching do your 'cementing' = either edging or pumping for me, to get the blood and all the restorative nutrients back in there (cuz after I stretch my penis and glans feels WORKED).

I stretch 2x a day, once during PE session, once in the afternoon along with edging/ballooning

I only take 1 day off of stretching - Sundays

On every other day I do a stretch session at LEAST ONCE PER DAY, sometimes I do afternoon sessions also. The reason for this is twofold:
1. I am focusing on Length as I'm trying to go from 6.2" to 7.5" by NewYears (LOL I know I know),
2. The only real way to increase length is length of time in the stretch - take those who hang for example, but I'm not sure if Hanging is for me - it's so much pressure on the glans

For your question, you can definitely jelq after stretching - make sure you hotwrap in between.

Some people say 'don't let it turtle' but I don't agree with this philosophy - I will NEVER wear an ADS.

Do you think taking 2 days off would stop stretching being effective ?
and do you think this is a good routine :

2 minute stretch down x 3
2 minute stretch left x 3

5 minute jelg

1 minute stretch down x 2
1 minute stretch left x 2

get an erection for 5 minutes.

and in the mornings 1 minute stretch down
1 minute stretch left.
5 on 2 off ??

Not at all - glad to help a fellow PE'er

Your routine looks fine, but are you warming up beforehand? - this is very important and often neglected. Now I use a warming pad that I put in the microwave and get great heat from that, much better than wet towel.

Also, why stretch down/left only? you should try to incorporate all different angles! Especially upward (towards the angle of erection). Also the inner penis stretch I laid out - That way your tunica gets stretched for enough time. This is most everybody's limiting factor (unless you are lucky)

While I do believe in days off, unless I am sore I don't take days off - only occasionally. I used to PE only 2-3x per week, just to maintain - only recently I'm taking it much more seriously - I am 1 week into Bathmate! and I love it regardless of what the skeptics say

it hard to warm up in my house so i have a hot shower before and i keep my room very hot while doing the exercises.

and im only stretching down and left because my lot is about 8.30 ... whats so good about stretching in the direction of the erection angle ??

what is inner penis trigger pulls ?

do you think i should do some stretching on my off days ?

Upward angles will give a better stretch for the tunica, our (Low LOT'ers) limiting factor. I do still do downward stretches but focus 80% on upward and inner penis stretching, check out my post earlier in this thread

That thing about pulling the ligament i still cant understand it lol

and should i stretch on my off days would this produce quicker gains ?
