Your routine looks fine, but are you warming up beforehand? - this is very important and often neglected. Now I use a warming pad that I put in the microwave and get great heat from that, much better than wet towel.
Also, why stretch down/left only? you should try to incorporate all different angles! Especially upward (towards the angle of erection). Also the inner penis stretch I laid out - That way your tunica gets stretched for enough time. This is most everybody's limiting factor (unless you are lucky)
While I do believe in days off, unless I am sore I don't take days off - only occasionally. I used to PE only 2-3x per week, just to maintain - only recently I'm taking it much more seriously - I am 1 week into Bathmate! and I love it regardless of what the skeptics say
