What works better holding a stretch for a long time and less sets or holding the stretch for a short time and more sets ?

I randomly do both. I like to feel the actual stretch and tension so I know I'm doing something.

It seems like they are 2 paths to the same result. Just pick the one thats the most comfortable for you

Is the basic stretch the best stretching exercise to stretch the penis cells ?

Stretching elongates the tunica. The main connective tissue here is collagen. Basically you need to break some of the collagen strands so that it can reconnect and heal. The safest way to do this is to not actually rip the tunica, but through a mechanical process called creep. This is the slow plastic deformation that occurs when a material is stressed over time. Basically it's less about reps and more about time spent. This is why hanging weights works so well for people who have high no-tugs. |

So doing long sets of stretching is better ? and is it better to pull light or hard ?

I would say initially into the stretch keep it VERY light. This is because otherwise the ligament will 'compensate' with equal resistance in the opposite direction, minimizing the effectiveness of the stretch. Then once in the stretch for say 20s, modify the stretch in some way...that is - add another angle ala V-stretch or OTW to increase resistance of the stretch even more but gradually. Hold for another 30s-1min. This is when the stretch is REALLY effective and here is the positive PI: You will actually feel the penis "give" ---meaning it will 'relax into the stretch'. Breathing deeply through the abdomen helps facilitate this. so slowing go in to the stretch and stretch lightly and then after about 20 seconds slowing pull abit harder ?

Yes, exactly b123. You really don't have to pull much harder at that point, but do so gradually until you know your limits - and make sure you are super warmed up, this will make it very effective Also, it helps me to stretch the inner penis at vertical angles, ie 12:00, if you will - I feel this stretch much more. After I let go (usually when my grip gets tired ) my flaccid is ~~~~~~~ way long
