Hi all
I recently started no-fap challenge and also no-porn, no-edging etc. But I have a question. When I watched and downloaded porn it was 95% of the time with older women (40-50). And even now when I don't watch it and don't fap I notice only older women in real life and get sexually attracted to them, not girls my age range (I'm 23). How do you think this perversion is acquired or natural? If not natural how long does it usually take for these perversions induced by porn to go away? I am virgin by the way. I can't pinpoint the exact moment I started watching older women exclusively, since I started fapping at around 9. But at that time all women in porn and pictures were older than me obviously.

Ya, those are unnatural thoughts. Just the thought of you dating my Mom creeps me right out. However, just because it isn't socially acceptable, like homosexuality, doesn't make it wrong. Why don't you start meeting girls and guys your age more? Just to hang out with. Go places. Do things. I have a feeling it won't take long for you to forget about your "fetish" once your eyes connect with a hot girl your age.

I have read so much about this. Some time ago I thought I wasn't addicted and I could stop whenever I wanted, tired a few times, failed after a day or two. Only when I understood I was addicted I stopped for good (at least I hope so), I used to edge (which is worse than regular masturbation) for an hour or more every day but ejaculate just a few times per week. When I ejaculated, I suddenly started noticing younger girls and wanted to have a girlfriend etc. but still wasn't sexually attracted to them. So weird.

Another issue with porn is that you're a Virgin (me too) but you have watched all kinds of highly arousing funky high speed internet porn before having sex with a real woman - it wasn't like that before the internet.

Every time I go to the gym there is some young girl that notices me, but I don't care. Although a lot of people notice me and some even stare. But that happens with everyone that actually lifts heavy and doesn't do just bicep curls. So yeah, I doubt it will go away soon if it hasn't yer.
I think it's still too early to judge what will happen. Have to abstain from this stuff at least 4-5 months.

I dunno, I dont find it that odd to be attracted to older women at all, nor is it odd to be attracted to overweight women. To each his own, if you dont like 20 year old girls, you dont like 20 year old girls, doesnt make you a weirdo, or make it something that is "wrong with you that needs to be fixed"
