Edging! this brings fresh blood, hormones and nutrients to all of those microtears you just created. I have noticed a much healthier, plumper, lower hanging flaccid as well as an EQ of 10+, and increased vascular as well. On days where I do a hard PE workout, I will do "engorgement reps" about 2x per hour all day long. Basically I get as hard as possible for just a couple minutes (and occasionally I will clamp at the base to hold the blood in for a little longer). If this seems like too much work just acheive an erection once in a while through the rest of the day. This keeps the fresh blood coming all day long. Try this I gurantee you will notice results quicker |

Rest definately but there are small things you can do that won't void your rest period. Discourage turtling.......all it takes is a tug here and there and maybe a readjustment in your trousers, but try and keep it extended and not turtled up. Encourage rather than discourage erections..........blood flow is so important, even on your days off so always encourage good blood flow. Eat, drink and live healthy 24/7 as overall health supercedes and is a pre-requisite to good penis health.

After a routine should your penis feel like it has just been exercised ? because mine feels the same after a workout.

I try to get here every workout. Then I apply cold for 2-3min, followed by heat, then keeping it wrapped for hours and hours
