 |  Telling your son about PE
Have any of you guys considered telling your son about PE? I've pondered this, and would like to see if anyone else has. If so, at what age would be appropiate? How would you approach it? I have heard that its pretty common in other countries. I wouldnt want my son to miss out because of my hesitation. I wish my father had passed this kind of info to me! Just curious.

If my girls were boys, I'd certainly tell them. I have been preaching to my nephews though. Any young man close to or over 18 would be a fine candidate for PE.

That would be great to pass it down the generations, however make sure he doesn't get the impression that you think he needs it or anything like that. Other than that, no harm there if you can conquer the anxiety.

I told my Son about a month ago. He was very thankful for the information. He is at the age where he needs to start exercising (44) and IS doing them now.

I really wished that my father told me about this, but I suppose that he just goes by the theory that you should be happy with what you have. But that is easier said than to actually believe it.

May I ask the oposite?Which one of this forum thinks of telling his father about PE.I in that age had the chanse of finding this info because of the internet and the computers but my father lack any knowledge about both of them.I wish he knew that info in order to be less anxious and more happy in his life.Is there any way to tell him?I am thinking it very seriously but I afraid if he make any jokes on me...
