Default A New Exercise: Stretch/Compressive Jelqing

I've been doing this exercise lately with a lot of success. It's rather intense for what you get out of it, but I always feel like I recover faster than I expect.

Step 1 - Stretch Jelq:
-Erection Level 70-90%
-With one hand grab the head of your penis in an okay grip and pull in the direction of your erection, the way you would do a regular stretch. With your other hand, do a light jelq.
-Alternate hands every few reqs.
-Focus on stretching the tunica. I've found this to be a great length exercise. The idea of the jelqing is to stress the tunica matrix circumference-wise in addition to length-wise. This is important preparation for the next exercise.

Step 2 - Compressive Jelq:
-Erection Level 80-90%
-With the palm of your hand, push down on the top of your penis. Use your fingers to brace the penis so that it remains straight.
-With the other hand perform a jelq.
-This is a lot like a horse squeeze, except in the reverse direction and you don't need to do it wet. You can add a bend to the jelq at lower erection levels as well.
-For increased intensity push down harder, you should see your penis get shorter, but fatter as you do this exercise.
-Add a few stretch Jelqs amongst your compressive jelqs to continue to elongate tunica.


Idea of the workout:
1.) At the beginning you should notice that your penis is a little bit longer, but you've kept your girth for the most part.
2.) During the second part of the workout, you'll notice that the length you gained seems to shrink away and your penis gets shorter, however you gain a fair amount of girth in the process.
3.) For increased intensity, you can follow up your jelqing with Ulis done in the same manner. Do an Uli, while stretching, then do an uli while compressing. The compressive Uli, can be done at much lower erection levels, it's more of an O-bend, but with an compressive force added.
4.) Start out very low intensity. When you feel you are warmed up increase the intensity of your stretches, but keep low intensity jelqs. Only increase the intensity of your jelqs when you feel that your tunica has weakened or become easier to stretch.
5.) The compression of the semi-erect penis seems to be great at stretching the tunica circumference-wise allowing for easy expansion in girth. I will say however, that I recommend that jelq-stretches be done before this exercise.


My Results:
The first time I did this I noticed a massive pump. I didn't measure myself, but it felt like I gained at least 1/4" of temporary girth. I was certain that I'd overdone it after seeing my penis swell up that much. But the next day I was hard as a rock and was able to keep it up for quite a while with my gf. Certainly a positive PI especially when I was worried I had done some damage.

DryJelq, man ,I can't believe that no one has responded to this post. This is a great exercise.I'm using it now. I'm replacing some jelqs with these. I'm using them to increase my upper girth and glans .Doing 30 reps at 20 sec.each.
My method is to over-hand OK grip at erect base,wrap my hand around to glans .Kegal,and pull up. 20 sec. each rep. Talk about head expansion !!!

Hmm, might try the stretch jelq, though I have never heard of high erection % jelq for length before and of course most stretches are done nearly flacid. Of course this makes it different and an interesting experiment.

Please note guys, high % work is not for beginers and compressive exercises add to a high condition requirement, before doing these exercises. I know dryjelq has condition, just concerened with a young beginer readingm this and having a rush of blood to the head.

Okay ,maybe I need to clarify my statement. I really don't know what the name is for what I'm doing. I can't be the first. My erection is about 50-70%. Enough so I can get my hand around myself. Then I squeeze with an over hand OK grip.
Tight around the base,and lighter, just holding the rest of my dick. Then kegal. So as to increase the size of the shaft and glans. This inflates my shaft and head very well. I also push down on the head to increase the volume at the end of my dick. I did these reps about 20 times. Switching hands.
My results from this one time: increased girth through-out my shaft,yeah!! my goal. As I'm more narrow at the tip.
Heavier flaccid, and more foreskin.
As I look at myself, my dicks not as flat looking as yesterday. I had good wood this morning.
I don't want to injure myself as I feel these should be eased into. But, from this end, it's good.

Feel these exercises could have value for advanced pe'ers.
Trying to get the stretch jelq to work right, has a different feel to it.

beginner here...but I won't be doing these, seems too dangerous, probably will give it a try after 5 months or so. If I still remember it :P

I think I need to further clarify what I do. I am not totally doing the exercise Dry Jelq describes.
I got the idea from perusing his and other's posts. My goal is to increase the depth of my penis at the upper end of my dick. Pushing down on the glans increases the pressure in the upper end of the CC's and the CS (glans),on me at least.
This could be termed a "flaccid compressive squeeze".It's definitely not a jelq. Although at this point,this is an experiment.

Dry Jelq, Please clarify these for me. When pushing down with the palm of the hand on the top of the penis,do you
mean the glans ? Do the fingers of the pushing hand curl around to hold the penis ?
Not sure how to perform a jelq in relation to a squeeze. Or, do some jelqs, then some squeezes ?
I'm doing some form of this type exercise. Posted further up the thread.
