I used to be addicted to porn, considering my size issues and being a virgin because of it, but I only use porn when I'm taking my montly measurements and such. I try to stay away from masturbation because I think it can be a contributing factor to limited gains in my own experience. This doesn't ring true for others though.

Do your Kegels guys! Post workout Edging helps too. Since I started PE Gym, I haven't needed porno to get off, I used to think nothing of spending $400-$500 at a time on new porno. I still jerk off to it on occasion, but my masturbation sessions no longer start out with a visit to the dvd shelf. 9 our of 10 times now I get plenty of enjoyment from the sensation, as someone else pointed out.
