I really want and really need girth! I've now started to clamp every 3rd day for like 10 min x 3.. Would you guys say thats the best way to gain girth?! Should I also include other methods/exercises?! And do you think not warming up will really hinder gain results?!

Here is my 2 cents:

As for warming up, I did not do it for two months and though I made some girth gains, I made almost no length gains. Now I am taking the time to warm up and though I have not started measuring yet, it only seems to be helping. It is really worth the time doing. It takes a couple minutes to fill a sock with rice and heat it up in the microwave or to use a warm glass of water.

As for clamping, that is great, but don't neglect the jelqs. In fact do them first and then clamp afterward. But be careful you don't clamp too hard and hurt the little guy!

To not hurt "the little guy" lol.. Thanks alot hehe.. Yea, I have not been doing the warm ups, just gotten on clamping, which is not really good.. Today I decided to be strict on warm up. So I have put a cloth in hot water and then wrap it around for like a min, and then I heat it again and wrap, and do that for 10-12 min.. The underside of my penis really expandes during clamping, I only wish it would be like that always cus it subsides when I am done and when I kegel being erect without the clamp it never gets to that size!
You have no idea how much I need girth, lol. Tired of being spagetthi man=P hah....
