Default HGH vs HGH supplements

I've read a few articles on HGH at places like bodybuilding.com that talk about how great it is, then I've looked at some of the HGH products out there. Some say they promote the development of genital glans, and have disclaimers: This is an HGH Supplement not actual HGH. Does anyone know the difference in taking just straight up HGH and HGH supplements regarding side effects?

HGH is a drug I would stay away from.
HGH supplement could mean anything.
I avoid bodybuilding sites.

HGH supplements are supposed to help stimulate HGH production. They won't duplicate the results of taking HGH directly.

savage i know a little bit these chemicals (aas and gh) and all I can say to you is: stay away. It's not the drug for you. The supplemnts aren't effective in an active male, may have some effect in people that don't do any sport.
If you want a bigger dick do PE with conventional supplements, if you want bigger muscles work hard in the gym and take conventional supplements for some years than rethink.

That depends. There are a lot of HGH supplements out there that will do nothing (which is bad), and if you have a deficiency of HGH and need to take it then it'll set things right (which is good).

Note that if you're taking HGH without any need to you'll need to do something once you get off it to kick your own levels of GH back into gear. You can also say goodbye to most if not all of the muscular gains you've made (and be careful not to induce acromegaly!) Another thing about HGH is that it's extremely expensive.

The good supplements out there won't give you any radical results, but you may notice some slight improvement.
