First post, hello to everybody!

I'm currently taking about twice a day a glass of water mixed with one teaspoon of cayenne and one teaspoon of turmeric.

What I've read on these two spices, they both are generally very healthy and especially cayenne is mentioned here several times.
The health benefits of turmeric seem to be similar to cayenne, but there are also some differences, so maybe taking both would be twice as good?

I also take supplement, which contains: (translated, please excuse any inaccuracies)

Vitamin A, µg 200
Vitamin D, µg 7.5
Vitamin E, 5.0 mg
Vitamin K, µg 60
Vitamin C, 40 mg
Vitamin B1, 0.7 mg
Vitamin B2, 0.9 mg
Niacin, mg 10
Vitamin B6, mg 0.8
Folic acid, µg 200
Vitamin B12, µg 1.0
Biotin, µg 15
Pantothenic acid, mg 3
Calcium, mg 200
Magnesium, mg 100
Zinc, mg 4.0
Iodine, µg 75
Copper, mg 0.5
Manganese, µg 1.1
Selenium, µg 30
Molybdenum, µg 22
Chromium, µg 17

If anybody in the know could tell me if I'm getting all the recommended stuff, which might help in my PE efforts, I would be very grateful!

L-Arginine 1000mg
L-Lysine 500mg
Ginko Biloba 100-300mg

Hey man. I take horny goat weed with maca and centrum for men. Is that enough suplements to support my pe?
