Also, why don't you strongly consider backing your PE down to a very simple yet effective routine of: 10 minutes stretching, 10 minutes of jelqing?

Shane: I need to tell my dad because I simply cannot afford a doctor's visit on my own...I was unemployed over the summer and lived off my reserves, so now I only have $100 to my name and I'm saving it for emergencies. I can't get a job right now because of football but the moment this season is over, I'm finding something for money...

PESG: That's actually my plan. I'm dropping my routine down to the basic beginner routine, 10 minute warm-up, 6 minutes of stretching, 10 minute jelqing, 8 minute warm-down. I will definitely look into Lecithin, thank you for the tip!

just tell your dad you need to take a physical for foot ball and during it tell the doc about your problem

every other day along with 6-8 hours of stretches and 30min of 60% erection jelqing and depending how I feel I will add in cialis at 20mg and clamping

Rib do you still have Mono???? IF so do not take arginine. Mononucleousis a virus feeds on arginine. You need to take L caritine and Lysine. if you still have mono.

Even if you take cayenne it wont help much with mono.

I have to get blood tested this week to clear me of mono, but I'm pretty sure I'm past it. I had it for about two weeks I think before I was finally diagnosed.

I took Cayenne long before I had mono and did not experience anything. I think that when you have low libido, things like Cayenne just don't affect you...

I talked to my dad about it today on the phone. He was actually really open and easy to talk to, which surprised me because both of my parents are pretty strong Christians and the thought of talking about things like erection quality and a sex drive was not a good one. I told him about some supplements I was looking at (ZMA, Multivitamins, and Lecithine) and about how I'd like to get some blood work done. He said our insurance wouldn't cover the blood work probably, so he offered to reimburse me for the supplements since that would be cheaper and gave me his GNC Gold Card number to use so I could get a discount. He said if nothing gets better by Christmas break, he'll help me get blood work done.

On a side note, I'm looking to buy this compound called "Sustain Alpha". I've read rave reviews for it from bodybuilders and common guys looking to boost their testosterone levels (I made sure they just weren't aimlessly promoting the product).
