Should you increase more time on to your stretches and jelgs every week or should you keep it the same for a while ?

![]() | why don't you change it to the number of reps you do ? That way it'll be easier to keep track more accurately on your changes. But stick to the same routine for a while. Don't change too often. Changing every week is too fast. I recommend sticking to a routine on a 3 monthly basis. Maybe up the routine just once in those three months if you want to. If your unit is growing then there is no need to change your routine.Get as much as possible from the same routine.Squeeze out every juice from the routine before moving on to an updated routine.

If i count the reps i find it harder staying semi erect and get flaccid. ok ill add a little bit sometimes. |
