I don't at all, that's for sure. But unlike other supplements, creatine has been so researched and beaten down, that you'd be hard pressed to argue that it does help a little. This is coming from a nonresponder, and besides, creatine does have healthy benefits for the heart. (remember the hearts a muscle too guys.)

I stopped the 15 grams/day of creatine.

My performance went wayyyy down at the gym

But I am forcing myself even more to make up for it.
