I know this is bumping an extremely old topic but I was buying pygeum to receive its benefits but I purchased Swanson's Pygeum 500mg Pills. The recommended dose on this post is said to be 100-300mg. I don't want bad side effects... Am I going the wrong path with what I purchased or should I be safe?

TwitterIts saying to take 2 a day... 1000mg versus 100-300 is a huge difference...

TwitterBeen using a few of these for 3 days or so now and would like to give a little input.
Yohimbe: Definitely do not pass the 1000mg limit. Make certain you take each 500mg pill at an adequate amount of time apart. I was stupid and figured I should start by loading so the supplements get in my system faster but 1000mg of yohimbe at once sucked. Massive headache, felt like I was going to fall over and pass out. Once headache started to die I was up until 5 in the morning. Amazing (terrible) caffeine like effects. Only took 500mg yesterday and it got my blood pumping but it was bearable. It does give you rock hard erections anyways... 1000mg was giving me boners for a while but was annoying because I felt like crap. 500mg still has a nice effect.
Another supplement not on the list, Fenugreek.
Said to increase cum load... but a side effect would be smelling like an iHop pancake breakfast after only two pills. Literally a few hours after taking it my arm pits reeked of a maple syrup smell. I'm not sure if it'll affect my loads but I honestly hope not because I would prefer it to be sweet like a pineapple versus syrup.
