For my first 6 months of PE I did everything wrong! lol. Working through the beginners routine I manually stretched and jelqued as hard as I could, I didn't kegel and was ejaculating min once per day. After 6 months I saw no results, but kept going. I lost interest in doing the manual stretches and so for the following 4 months just did 20 mins of jelq 5 days a week. After this initial 10 months I didn't see ANY gains.
I continued with the 20 mins of jelq 5 days a week but backed right off on ejaculations (got them down to 1 per week, no girlfriend at the time), and I started doing about 300-500 kegels on training days. 2 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off etc. Sometime within the next 2 months I grew half an inch in erect length and a quarter of an inch in erect girth, finally!! I also noticed a significant increase in testical size and they were hanging lower, even when erect.
At the beginning of this year i started hanging. My current training is: 10 min warm up with rice sock, 1x20 min hang, followed by 10 min of jelq, followed by another 10 min of jelq which includes 3x1 minute Uli's. I still do 300-500 kegels on training days, mostly while I'm driving to and from work. I train 2 days on then 1 day off. I've been doing this for about 3 months and have already added a quarter of an inch in erect length
If this routine doesn't continue to work well, I don't care. I'll just research, change up what I'm doing and continue to grow. Turtle and the hare and all that jazz.
Starting stats, jan 2009. NBPEL 6.25 inches + Erect Girth of 5.25 inches.
Current stats, march 2010. NBPEL 7.0 inches + Erect Girth of 5.5 inches.
