I'm new to the site, so heres a little about myself.

I'm not really too concerned about my penis size. After all of the research I've done, I have no reason to doubt myself. However, I find myself wating just a little more.

My pre-PE measurements are:

Length (from pelvic bone) - 6.5 in

Girth (base)- 5.5 in

My goals are pretty small, therefore realistic.

Goal Length - 7.25 in

Goal Girth - 6 in

I have an optimistic outlook on future results and look forward to bettering myself.

I don't remember my exact results, but it was something in the area of a half inch in length as well as girth. Then I stopped for about 10 years, and was hanging out with my friends one day when one of them told a story about his friend using a penis extender and seeing excellent results. Mostly because I was unemployed and bored I decided to do some research. I ended up buying a penis extender (from X4LABS) and had used it for a month on its own before coming to this Web Site. I then was reminded about jelqing and kegals and have since incorporated those into my workout, which I have followed for about 6 more weeks now. Its hard to tell if I have seen results because I didnt even measure myself when I started.

My Workout Right Now:
  • The following 5 days a week with a weekend off.
  • Hot shower to warm up.
  • 1-3 Hours in the extender at maximum tension, while sitting down.
  • 25-35 minutes of intense Jelqing using baby oil against my curve.
  • Sometimes I finish with Erect Kegals and the last two weeks I have been lightly and carefully experimenting with the advanced girth routines.
ALL FEEDBACK IS GREATLY APPRECIATED

My Goals and PIs:

My main goal is girth and to a lesser extent, curve correction. I have always been pretty comfortable with my penis, but I feel like it can be fatter for how long it is and i have a very slight curve down and to the left that is mildly annoying.


Random Thoughts and Comments:
  • Extenders seem to only affect length, but I have a hunch they set the penis up well for jelqing as it would seem to loosen up the blood vessels. Is an extender the same as stretching if done right before jelqing?
  • If it is true that extenders lengthen the penis due to the fact that it is a prolonged stretch, then wouldnt the Uli advanced exercise work better if you hold it longer? Or any of the other girth exercises for that matter. Wouldn't putting pressure on girth for a long period of time work the same as length for a long period of time?
  • There doesn't seem to be (for me) any connection between positive PI's I may be experiencing and how tired my PC muscle is from kegals. What I mean is, I may have all positive PI's and a tired PC muscle at times.
  • Is it possible to peak in growth potential based on certain habits or will there always be growth as long as there's exercise? I am very much a scientific person and I am trying to visualize a line graph of growth versus time, with each line representing a different routine in ideal conditions.
  • HGH has no effect on penis growth. I started doing research on HGH a few weeks ago since I am still recovering from a bone I broke in January. I found that based on empiracle research (of which there isn't a lot), there is little to no effect on penis size. L-Arginine (a basic free-form amino acid found in most nuts) is known as an HGH releaser when taken in large doses on an empty stomach before sleeping. In moderate doses it can increase ejaculate volume, and open up blood vessels as well as clean out toxins.

Your routine looks great to me, especially since you are arriving as a somewhat "seasoned" member. I"ll respond to a couple of your questions and concerns and I'm sure other mods will chime in as well.

Regarding peaking in growth, my understanding based on my experience and those who have been at it longer than I have, is that there is no limit to growth. I do know that for me, growth has come in spurts after several months, (sometimes many, many months), of practicing the same routine. I also know that when I have hit a plateau, it has been the "shock" of a new exercise, or the increased intensity of an old one, which has caused new growth to kick in. But I do believe that my own life situation (work, family, etc.) and my personal application have been the biggest factors. Life has gotten in the way of my P.E. regimen much too often.

L-arginine never worked for me.

Regarding the extender/jelqing routine, I have only practiced and continue to practice manual exercises, but it only makes sense that the extender will loosen up your penis for jelqing. The best preparation, by far, for me, prior to jelqing, however, has been a long, hot wrap warm-up. But I'm sure the extender will work as well.

Regarding applying the same principle to girth exercises that one would apply to length, using the extender, remember, that girth growth comes from forcing as much blood as you can into your shaft and to REPEATING the movement to maintain that maximum ENGORGEMENT. Whether you are doing this manually (for example, with the Uli) or with some device, you still want to keep this part of your routine going for as long as possible. However, with a device, you have to be careful not to cause some kind of injury. I think it is less likely with the Uli.

I have read one opinion that more force can be applied manually than with the extender (depending on the strength of one's grip, obviously). But the extender gives you the maximum results, time-wise, for sure.

A final thought: You will often read on this forum and elsewhere that "less is more." Some members are of the conviction that extended exercises time-wise are less effective than short intense ones. Of course, this applies more to manual exercises than to the use of the extender.

Good luck with your routine. You come well prepared. I'm sure you'll have a lot to contribute to the forum.

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the site with the same goal as most people here. I started PEing about 3 weeks ago and have somehow increased EL by .5 inches(i measured atleast 6x before i started PE and now). Although i'm a newbie I have tried PE before and increased by length by 1 inch in about 2 1/2 months but didn't know about cementing. Thankfully i'm now informed and can make sure that my hard work remains permanent.

My routine
10 minute warmup in the bathtub
10 min Jai-stretch
5 min traditional jelqing
5 min horizantal jelqing ( make ok w/ left hand at base, rt hand ok under glans and go down to left hand then back to start position) 50%-70% erection
5 min light compressors
20 min edging
10-15 min warmdown

It's been a year. Back then i was so i excited at my gains that i stopped w/o cementing so i'm back to square one. I'm about to go on break from school so i will have close to 4 months to stay dedicated to PE. I doubt i will remain gaining at this rate but i'll enjoy it while they last.

Supplements:
5g (GNC powder Arginine; 2.5 g before and 2.5 g after PE)
30 mg zinc
500 mg ca
(also about to incorporate HIT running 3x week; improves circulation alot)
