Ok i finally measured after a month into PE. I'm 6" EL x 4.5" EG. My goal is 7" x 5". Also im combating baseball dick.

hey all. Just really started on 4/6 with what I THINK is a dry jelq technique. Just trying to add a bit of length and girth.

current BPEL - 7.875 on a good day
ge - just barely short of 6" (dollar bill wraps with a tny bit of overlap)

Goals:

BPEL - 9" would be nice
GE - 6.5" - 7"

Quick question though, I noticed that with this routine I'm doing, I can get my GE up to 6.125" and the head gets absolutely huge, but there's no noticeable length increase (the gains stay there for a bit, flacid size is much larger than normal for a lil while until it goes back down). what can I do differently for length gains and how do I get those gains I DO see to stick?

Your probably jeqling at a erection level that is to high for length gains say around 70-90%. Try to keep it around 50%

Hello everyone,

I'm a friend of Larger in real life and he has introduced me to the PE method so here I am. I'm very excited to begin this journey. After this, I'm going to start a progress log to keep myself honest with my gains.

I am 28 years old and have always been content about my size but have always longed to be a bit bigger. I want to gain both in length and girth but mostly on the latter. I am uncircumcised so I'm hoping to hear from other guys like me regarding different techniques for exercising.

Welcome to the forum, Truckturner and ishaft! We're here to help you achieve your goals.

Truckturner! With time, whatever routine you choose, your flaccids will grow--longer and thicker. Eventually they should grow to virtually equal your BPEL. However, it may take a year or two. Hope you are in it for the long haull

Welcome bro! You're at the site that's going to help you with getting a bigger member. Hope your feeling better after our 30 minute run. I think it's going to benefit you, because your body is already starting to workout so next is your penis. u seemed to hate me during the 30 minute run today. Hahaha. Once you've finished your first workout start a progress log so that you know when you've started. And as I keep telling you when we're doing those Decline Ab Sit Up and Ball Throws, don't stress yourself out thinking about it. Practice makes perfect, for your form with sit ups, and form with jelqing and stretching.
