hi everyone,

been doing pe f0r around a few weeks now, had some good results, not amazing, but gaining very small, had some measuring mixups which were a bit of a put off cause they effected measuring results.


check out my progress page if you like, have starting and current stats, leave any tips and comments if you have time, would realy apprieciate that

im around 5.8 bpel and 5.7 eg atm, aiming for over 6 for a short term goal, then 7 long term, id be happy with a 7 length wise, this would be a great result for me, 1.2 inches doesnt sound that much, but in realisy i know it would be a LOT of hard work

do you guys really believe with hard work and dedication, with noob routine and then good programme i can achieve this?

please let us know

Hey Guys. My first post here. As a newbe I'm into PE about 4 weeks now. I've read many posts and already found myself a routine of 3 days on and one day off. It's more or less the "famous" routine of JonPop. I already notice some changes. EQ is beter and allthough I'm not sure about my first measurements (NBPEL) I think I already see some gains (bit of girth, bit of length and mainly flacid length).

The thing I want to ask you guys right now has to do with the jelqing. I find that it is much easier for me to do them overhand (palm down) instead of the normal jelq (palm up). Since I'm uncut, when doing the normal jelq my foreskin wants to go over the glans. With an overhand jelq I find it easier to retract the foreskin each time. Does an overhand jelq has another effect? I'm in it mainly for length, so if normal jelqs give better results in general I will do them more and cut back on the overhand grip.

Welcome 17ml and swellson, doing over hand and under hand have no effect I guess, I'm doing over hand for my convenience, I can reach further at the base in my shaft in doing so. Nice to hear the positive effect of PE. Again WELCOME

well as everyone that has posted here, i am a beginner to this, i am 6"x5.25" at the moment, i wish to reach 7" x 6" in the future, I will be following the 90 day routine and see how I do!

and just a question, do i have to cement my gains after this 90 day routine, even if i wish to do more with a different routine afterwards?

Welcome A_Newbie, looks like you know where your starting on the path to becoming a sex god.

Those are not bad measurements. When I started I was 6.25" by 4.5". You need to keep at your routine consistently to begin to gain, and stick with it for a period of time--sometimes a month or longer in order to make those gains permanent.

Of course you can reach your modest goals. We wouldn't be spending our good time helping you newcomers if we didn't think it would work. We are
committed because we have made modest to remarkable (in some cases) gains in girth and length. A 7" x 6" penis should be a "piece of cake" for you--that is, of course, if you are in it for the long haul (months to years) and you follow the advice of the winners. (There are many here).

Welcome, A_Newbie!!

Whether you stick to just this routine or move on with more challenging ones, (I hope you do), the cementing process takes time--weeks to months. I wouldn't worry about it now. Just stick with the newbie routine and don't cut back, that's all. The cementing will happen in due time.

I have been reading the forum and learned many new ideas. Also received the "book" and read it three times. PE's has gone well. Hope to continue to learn and grow in more than one way.
