Hey everyone. Just joined today. I plan on starting with the beginners regime from the penis enlargement book that is advertised on the site. I read a bunch of it and it seems quite good. I must admit I need to get more motivation as it is a fair amount of time to invest, but I guess you have to want it! I hope this site will help me out with that, and it is great to have a community available online to have support throughout the journey! All the best guys!

Good choice. When you see your first gains, this will be all the motivation you will need. Welcome to the PE Gym, jamie10.

Hi all Just joined today.. tried jelquing a couple of years back and noticed some gains very fast (or it felt like it). Never measured but it seemed a lot more massive. Then time constraints took their toll and I stopped almst a year ago, and now my gains seem to have vanished. Is that normal? |

Hi, Just signed up today, am determined to give this a real go! Have spend most of the day browsing the site and have decided to follow the '90 day Beginners Guide' by JP. I have a couple of questions though, maybe someone can help me!? 1. I have a LOT of 6 -it says to exercise straight out and straight up - what does this mean (when doing my exercises after warm-up, do I only do them SO and SU? 2. I'm uncircumised and my foreskin doesn't always retract when I have an erection (I have quite a 'tight' foreskin) - should I only jelq with it back? 3. I've seen this talked about elsewhere but didn't see an answer - is it an issue if when gripping at the base of your penis some of your sac gets pulled to? 4. On one of the videos, when the guy stretches his penis, it stretches an enormous amount - mine isn't particularly elastic - does this mean PE will be more difficult and gains harder to achieve? Think that's all I have for now! Thanks! |

2. I hope someone else can help you here. I am not an expert on exercising with foreskin 3. No, not really. You have what is called a "turkey neck." A lot of people find that PE works to take some of that away. 4. Your ligs are probably very tight. This doesn't mean you can't gain, so don't worry. What you should do is get a BPEL measurement, then do a BPFSL measurement (Bone-Pressed, Flaccid Stretched). Stretch your penis straight out as far as you can without causing pain and then do a BP measurement on that. Compare the measurements. When you get the results from that, send me a PM and we can discuss this a bit further. WELCOME TO ALL OF OUR NEW FOLKS.

Hi PE fans, I joined the club today. I was jelging for a few weeks now, and I want to know how can increase my girth. Can you give me a good routine emphasis on girth. Thanks, Beginning Stats: 7L and 5.5 G |

Monstresd, welcom to the PE Gym. There are several good starting routines in the Beginner Forum. Have a look. Good luck.

I have been viewing these forums and doing beginner workouts for the past several months. I have gained close to 1/2 inch in EL(not BP) and 1/4 in in EG. Do to these gains and my excitement that I know I will be a lifetime PE'er with hopes of really big gains over the long haul (hence my user name). I stay in good shape and understand the concept of working hard over a long period of time to achieve goals. I'm a believer and a future big gainer.
