Hello Guys, I have just found PE and I like to say that I am pleased with the posts I have read so far. Having a small penis was quite an experience for me growing up many years ago. However, I did overcome the challenge using exercises gotten from my grandfather who had the same challenge as a young man. In the 7ties when I was growing up having a small penis was a real private issue that only family members discussed, but with the Internet and sites like PE people are now afforded the opportunity to share their experiences making life much more easier for people with this challenge. I am 54 I still pack great hard-on, size and control. All it takes is consistency, you must not let your penis forget what its job is, practice makes perfect. A penis that is left idle soon drops into dull lackluster performance. I have learned a lot through the Internet and look forward to more knowledge about this men’s issue from you all.PE to me is a great Forum for beginners to learn from the experiences of people who have successfully improved their manhood to standard sizes, fitness and performance. Hey, my name is Zulu. Been a member since 2008 yet failed to introduce myself so here I am. Have taken part in a couple of interesting discussions and exercises. Definitely have gained from pe. Maximum stats were at one point 7.25BPEL and 5.0EG (not at the same time). Thank you all for your informative posts, routines, and home remedies. I hope to be a more active member on this forum now that I've introduced myself. |

Hello all ... I've been lurking around this and other PE forums for a couple of months now, as well as doing some PE exercises. But I've decided to join PEGym and start afresh 'cos I've got the feeling I went too hard too fast. My story: I'm 48 years old and in pretty good health. I first started with jelqs and manual stretching but quickly developed a donut effect ... very probably from squeezing too hard while too soft. At the same time I built a small hanging rig and then an extender. So I took a few days off to let the donut subside and moved on to my devices quickly building up to 10 pounds of weights for 15 to 20 minutes on the hanger and a severe stretch for 15 to 30 minutes on the extender. Again, this is all over the last month or so ... with no rest days. Then I had a bit of an epiphany (no ... it's not a PE exercise). I read a post about attaching a padlock to Mr Happy for an all day stretch. Well I had a steel ring of suitable size and so I gave it a try for a couple of days ... and I liked the effect of being very gently held in a stretch. When combined with my lack of progress from my severe PE routine, I realised I needed to slow down and start again. Plus I was reading posts that were telling me I was going about it all wrong. So I've done nothing for a couple of days and in the next day or so I'm going to commence something close to JP's 90 Day Beginner routine. As a married guy with kids in a busy job, time and privacy aren't things I have a lot of. But I figure I can get 30 minutes to an hour in for 5 days a week ... then 2 days of rest. So that's the Readers Digest version ... measurements and more posts will follow I guess ... but thanks already for the fantastic information. And I'm more than happy to get your feedback. Cheers Stumpy |

Welcome guys, I see 2 of you are veterans. We teach and learn from each other, so don't be shy to post. PE is only now going through an expansion of knowledge that you guys can add to. You can not only improve yourself, but the whole community.

![]() ![]() | Is that a reference to age Pegasus? Or something else? And if it is age ... is it a good thing or a bad thing (especially in terms of PE?). Quote:

Hello Everyone: I've been self conscious about my size since at a young age when I had to strip down completely to make weight for a youth football game. Even today my flaccid size is embarrassing. I started over at penis advantage in June but quickly learned that the support there was nonexistent. At that time I started with a BPEL of 5.5 and EG of 4.5. I've read hundreds of posts on here and recently started the JP beginner which isn't all that much different than what I was doing. Today I am 5 7/8 BPEL and 4 3/4 EG and I have not been real diligent. Also over the last year I have lost 50 lbs and three pant sizes. I feel like what I've accomplished with my weight should easily carry me over as motivation to making PE work. That and the obvious support that you see on this site. I'm excited to hopefully get to 7" BPEL and 5 3/4 - 6: EG. Much like my weight, I'll get to there and see how I feel about it. Just like my weight loss, this is for me and no one else. |

Welcome Trapper. Penis Advantage? That place still in business? I started there in 2002, cost me $39.95 to join and there was no forum to speak of and very few exercises. No place to ask questions. The reason most routines are simular to my 90 day routine now is; I wrote that, back in early 2004 and it has been Plagiarized, sometimes almost word for word, all across the net. Congratulations on the weight loss, this shows us that you have the determination to accomplish goals set for yourself. We will help you in any way we can, to accomplish any PE goals you have. Again, brother, welcome to the PE Gym family.

Welcome Mr. President. Congratulations on being the recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize. O.K. All bull shit aside, why would you come onto this forum with such a bull shit user name? What is the purpose of your visit? Just want to yank our chain? I have an intense dislike for the man that you choose to misrepresent yourself as. I might ban you just for the self satisfaction.
