Hey everyone im pedds. Over the last few years ive tried various different pe methods but nothing has actually made much difference. Currently i am taking extagen and am performing the following routine 2 days on, 1 day off:-

5-10 minutes hot towel warm up
10 minutes stretching
25-30 minutes jelqing
5-10 minutes hot towel warm down

I am noticing after a good workout that my penis has grown somewhat, mainly in girth, and looks a little red, but this then downsizes over the next few hours until eventually it looks the same as it was before. I was wondering is this what is supposed to happen when you workout?
My measurements are currently
BPFLS = 7.4"
BPEL = 7"
EG = 5"

My main aim at the minute is to gain girth, any pointers from anyone?

Hi everyone! Looking to get back into PE and these boards seem like a nice place to do it.

I found PEgym because I was tired of Thunder's Place forums and was googling for other PE forums. I mean, Thunder's is great, but it's not always that open to newbies. It's kind of got this... stuffy atmosphere. I'm glad these forums don't have that.

Hey Guys Jacen4 Here,

So i've been reading all of these forums for the past day, and I have decided that I'd like to start exercises! I figure that I'll start next week monday, and probably begin with a 2 day on, 1 day off beginner program. I do have one question, what would some people recommend as the easiest way to warm up? I know you recommend heating pads or homemade rice heater thing. My main question is what kind of heating pad do you guys suggest??

I'll probably be starting a progress thread to keep track for myself, but I haven't done any measurements or set a goal yet. So, I'll keep reading and finding out the finer points of PE.

I'm really glad that the PE gym exists as it looks like a great resource, and I especially appreciate the emphasis on safety that everyone here seems to understand.

Looking forward to talking with everyone!

Hi guys, I have been a bit familiar with the Pe for a while and have made jelqs now and then for a peroid of time years ago . But was real buisy to keep on. Now I have some time for my self on daily basis and after some research found these site. Now I'm right at NBPEL 7" - EG 5" with a goal of NBPEL 8" -EG 6".iI would be happy with that and think is a conservative goal based on results posted here. Don't get me wrong more would be really welcome! I started doing some jelqs two weeks ago and added the whole 90 day beginners routine this week alond with kegels for 10 mins. My main goal is to grow guirth and again I will be a happy man with a bit of both but really feel that I'm in the fair side of average on lenght but a bit behing on guirth. I saw some guirt specific workout in this site and really like them. I gave it a shot at a few compression just abou 3 of 15 sec at the end of my session and it felt real thick. A concern though after this week I feel a bit sore and maybe less sensitive not numb though in my gland but I thing I have been having sex daily for the past 9 days and held it for an full hour to satisfy my wife on saturday night then repeated about 30 later but a short one foe about 12min. I did developed stamina over time to hold orgasms and stay in extasy for as long as I want most of the time. Well that maybe the reason of my symthoms. I did held back on workouts. I did not do anything on Sat and Sun 'cause had plans with my wife to have a sexy weekend did some light on Monday and planning to take 2 days of and restart. What do you guys think...

I just wanted to say hello to everyone. I have tried PE. before but did not stick with it. I have also tried ADS but did not stick with it. Now i am commited to reaching my goal. I started PEing 5 days a week for the last 3 weeks.Wish me luck.

I came across with this subject some time ago. I tried extender, penis pills and even jelqing but I wasn't consistent with it and gave up quickly. Now, after reading this site I finally decided to give it a go and make things happen. I bought Andractim to help myself a little bit and have a faster gains. I promised myself that in case when I would like to give up I will always ask for help here! I wish you all fast gains, wish me the same!

Hi guys,
I have looked around for a PE site that is the reall deal for ages now and after looking through the posts on this site I have decided this is the real deal. Over the years I have done kegels occassionally and I am sure that they do work for the quality of an erection. But now I have decided it is time to jump into this properly. So I am gonna do the beginner 90 day rountine. I have bought the supplements listed in the post and have been taking them for three days along with doing the routine. Whilst doing jelgs I have noticed how much my penis swells up (this must be a good thing)

Anyway here goes, I would like the traditional 8x6 dream.

Hello everyone. I'm new here in the forums but have been doing the program for over 4 weeks now. Did my first edging session tonight and it was very intense. I actually went over the 45 min mark. I feel like a got a great workout and my wife believed it made a difference as well. Is this a normal scenario?

measure. i think i would know if i gained. just started jelquing. my only problem with pe is the amount of time spent each day. that really sux. im kinda busy. hope i can find some good knowledge here. so far, so good
