Hi all, I stumbled on this forum about a month ago and have been PEing for about 3 weeks now. Even after such a short period of time, I have noticed gains (including a stronger erection). I want to thank JonPop for making this site and to all the other members who have helped get this information out. Men spend millions each year for false methods and shotty devices, but it turns out the real deal is free. They say the best things in life are free, and this is one of them, lol. Hello all, I discovered Thunder's place bout 5 years ago and started with pe. I can't remember what my original stats were I lost them but, I think they were nbpel 5.5 bpel 6.0 and now I'm nbpel 6.0 pbel 6.5. I was doing just jelqs and manual stretches in the shower in the morning after the wife went to work and kids went to school. I tried to start hanging but couldnt get anything comfortable going. So I quit messing around with it because it was hard to be a closet PEer having to dodge the family all the time. But, I started back a couple of months ago when I was in Lowes and found a couple of parts to start a hanger with. I do 2 sets of 15 min 5# hangs with a couple of minutes of jelqs and stretches in the shower in the morning and at night. I'm hoping I can get some faster gains with the hanging. From reading posts in here that seems to be wheres its at. Wish me luck |

Hi there! Im 19, I have been looking into PE for about a little more than a month now and have been reading the forums here. This place is definitely mature and filled with knowlegde and experience. Hopefuly I can pick up on the knowledge and get to my goal that much quicker. Im a regular at the gym to the ideas of working out, reps, sets, and commitment to a goal is nothing new to me. And neither is the understanding that somethings take patience. The reasons I want a larger penis are 1) more self confidence 2) more pleasure for my girlfriend (though there isnt an issue there. I dont believe I need a bigger penis-I know I am pleasing her just fine with what I have- but I dont see the downside of it being bigger) and 3) an overall healthy penis and sex life now and for future year. In otherwords I think its a good investment. |

Thanks! One of the reasons for PE that I forgot to mention was that some more sexual positions become possible/easier and/or more pleasurable with some gain in length. |

Hey guys,im new just registerd.i must say what a cool site ,very interesting and great for info.id like to ask a question,but dont know if i may on this thread but here i go...ive been pe'ing for 6 months so far and gained 1cm both girth and length ,so now i have stopped gaining, my gain came in my first month off starting any way..just want some info on how to carry on with my gains.may be another routine or up my time spent on jelging and stretching, it goes as follows: 10min warm up rice sock 20min stretch all directions 20min jelg 10min warm down.any suggestions guys ?many thanx |

Hello everyone. I registered awhile back but little nervous. I started PE about 2/3 months ago. As there is so much information and at times very confusing. To date I have seen little difference. I have not kept a log of measurements however having read all your entries here goes. My routine due to living in a busy household with little privacy extends to 20-30 minutes. Dimensions flacid length 3.5" Girth 3.5" Erect length 5.75" Girth 4.5" Target June 18 (B/day) length 7" Girth 5.5". Any suggestions to improve regime to see those vital improvements. Warm up with hot water 2mins stretching 5 directions 5mins Wet jelq (200-300 strokes) 15mins Warm down 2mins |
