No i dont. Im trying to concentrate on orgasm without ejaculation. If you cant have sex longer time, then you dont even need a big dick=) maybe after i got it working i would like to incrase it about 1.5 inch=) thats much but who knows what about you ?

So this is one of the beauties (perks, if you like) of P.E. I was large to start with, but I went from a 4" flaccid to 7" minimum--many days 8". I turtle to 4" now. Hi Folks, I am from Toronto. I stumbled upon this site while searching for Kegel Tips and had decided to join the forum. And I am more than thankful to myself for making that decision since just a quick look into the threads sent in the welcome link shows that this is the best place to be for PE. Hello. I guess I'm going by Organic here. I've known about PE since mid '04 but just didn't feel I had the privacy to do it. I'm not on my own and I feel I have the time and the privacy to really work at this. Tonight is going to be my first PE session in years. I'm going to start it off really slow. 10 minute warm-up 10 minutes of stretches 10 minutes of jelqs 10 minute warm-down with kegals inbetween.Going to do 2 on 1 off or maybe even 2 on 1 off then go to WF and off for the weekends. Depends how I'm feeling but once I feel comfortable I'm going to start JonPop's Beginner guide 90 day 2 on 1 off the entire time. I also try to do a kegal routine of 100 quick kegals 50 2 second kegal holds 50 5 second kegal holds and 1 50 second kegal hold every other day or so. I'm starting off around 5 1/2 BPEL 5 1/2 EG 5 3/4 BPFSL Short term goal is 6 1/2 by 6 with a long term goal of the typical 8x6. Nice to be apart of the community. |

Hey Guys! I guess I must start off by introducing myself if I am to participate actively on this site I tried a few things a year ago such as the jet ext. device, PE and pills and got no results at all... I took the shotgun approach and as fast as I started I got bored, and stopped everything... binned the pills and chucked away the stupid jet ext. device. But even if I considered my first experience a waste of money, i cant help but think that if other guys have succeeded, I can succeed as well. Therefore, I will give it a try again and have set my mind to not measure until at least 1-3 months have passed. My routine will be fairly simple: 10-15 warm up 6 min stretching 10-15 minutes jelqs 10-15 warm down I ll increase this at the end of the first month no matter the results... I am not hoping for any gains for a few months. If I do gain within 3 months, then it ll be a massive surprise. My short term goal is really to hit the 6" mark in length and really feel like I belong to the national/world average. Once I am done with that I'll probably carry on and ultimately may main goal is to gain as much girth as possible. I have enough open minded girlfriends to know that those dicks that we dream of ourselves (8+ inches) are just porn fantasy. A girl wants a thick one...7"*6" is perfect for any one of them so thats what I'll try to achieve. VERY DIFFICULT INDEED but brick by brick my citizens!! HEy guys ,i started PE a couple weeks ago. My routine is 5 mins warmup no stretching 20 mins jelqing 10 mins cooldown (warmup like) simultanesouly with kegels. i have a 16,5 cm tool and the girth is...uhmm.. it can barely fit in a toilet paper. sorry about the metric reference. I hope that thing works :P wish me luck |
