I don't think there's any hard fast evidence in favor of younger men. But I can't say that for a certainty.
Starting early can't hurt. You could have a long PE career ahead of you. But at your starting size that
might get kind of out of hand

remek, you may want to chime in. Did the PE Survey show any age related trends?

This has to be one of my biggest regrets with the first survey - I didn't ask for ages! In any regard, in my experience it appears that age doesn't play a significant role - except that older men tend to be more disciplined (which is required for huge gains).

Do you get a lot of spammers on this site? We had a ton of them come around for awhile, until we restructed the site. We were banning an average of 8-10 a day for a 3 month period. Most were spam bots. JP
